Deb worked as a Human Resources executive in the technology sector for both small, private companies and large, public, multinational companies. She has been an advocate and board member for social justice organizations in LBGTQI rights, criminal justice reform and affordable housing for many years. 

Deb recently moved to Central Oregon from Portland and loves exploring the beautiful mountains and rivers in her new home.

Roey Thorpe is proud to have been an activist for social justice her entire life.  She has more than 30 years of experience as an organizational leader and elected official. 

She currently works as an independent analyst and advisor supporting social justice organizations and the foundations that fund their work.

Roey lives in Portland, Oregon, with her wife and far too many cats.

Erika Mahoney Yen is the Philanthropy and Brand Manager at REACH Community Development. Originally from Phoenix, she holds a master’s degree in Urban Planning. As the Philanthropy and Brand Manager, Erika stewards donor relations, crafting campaign strategies, enhancing volunteer and outreach development, and developing communications across various platforms.

Erika is deeply committed to community building and creating nurturing environments for her two children to flourish.
